Food, Fun, Fellowship
and
a Focus on Life Applications from God’s Word

The FaithBuilders ministry provides an opportunity for senior citizens to have a scheduled time each month to gather for fellowship and encouragement.

FaithBuilders meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5 PM at the church. Guests are always welcome.

The format for each meeting is to eat a meal, have a fun time together, and learn something important from God’s word.

Typical agenda includes
• Fellowship time (ice breaker game)
• Meal
• Celebration of age
• Short Bible lesson
• Special music
• News and Information
• Prayer

Meetings are planned around a theme which typically focuses on a timely topic. Special related music is usually provided by talented people from within the church. Other times the meeting may have a special focus, for example, movie night, potluck dinner, or a calendar/holiday-related theme; such as valentines or fall harvest. Each Christmas the group meets at a restaurant for a white elephant gift exchange. FaithBuilders also take an annual road trip to attend a special event.

Transportation is available.
